Why do Days Logistics use the Right Weigh Load Scales?
They look good on the trailers
To prevent work diary breaches
To monitor and maintain legal mass weights
To avoid using weighbridges
Right Weigh Load Scales must be calibrated when:
The vehicle is empty
The vehicle is part loaded
The vehicle is loaded to no less than 500kg of legal mass limits
Calibration is not required
To operate the Right Weigh Load Scales, you should:
Park on flat level surface
Chock wheels and release park brake
Unlatch and open the door on the right weigh scales, pull the gauge valve out to the open position.
View and record the mass axle weights on the company mass sheet.
